Poulan P4018 Chainsaw

This petrol chainsaw is built pretty much in the same way as the Poulan P3314 with very similar features. However it is a definite step up and a harder working chainsaw. This is because the engine has a displacement of 40 cc which allows the chainsaw to use a 18 inch bar as opposed to a 14 inch bar with the 3314. This means that this chainsaw model is more suitable for farmers and landowners alike. However it does also prove to be a better option for the homeowner who has less requirement for using a chainsaw, but when they do, they want a chainsaw that can work with tough jobs and give optimum performance whenever required.

The features include an automatic chain oiler to keep the chain and bar lubricated and a low vibration handle for comfort. The primer allows easy start and the air filter is allowed to work at optimum effect thanks to the clean air system. All in all this is just a 3314 but with more power and cutting range. It is priced up very well as is a definite option worth considering in it’s class. When you buy one it comes fully assembled and with it’s own carry case.
